Spacecoast Big Frosty is an early bloomer,
this gorgeous, 9 inch-plus near white
daylily will begin the bloom season with a
spectacular show. She has great
substance. This is one monster bloom, one
of the biggest I have seen in a round
flower. We call this the hibiscus form. Very
rare genetics from a conversion that I paid
$2,000 from Larry Grace. We always
called the conversion, 2K. Some reverted
back, but after testing many plants via flow
cytometer, I have a 100% full tetraploid
conversion of My Cup Overflows. This
conversion was used to get SC Big Frosty.
A very important daylily to be hybridized
with some of the other large forms. A very
outstanding Daylily with great plant habit
and bud count.
